Bring Home the Best Handmade Pasta & Pizza Dough
Serve your guests flavor they can taste comes right from our kitchen, now available to take home. Choose from fresh fettuccine, spaghetti, 4 cheese ravioli, pasta sheets and more, made with 100% semolina flour, and sold by the pound. Our hand-stretched pizza dough balls are also available for pickup and are perfect for making your own delicious pies at home. Cook, create and impress on your own terms with our housemade pastas and pizzeria-quality doughs. Made purely from scratch using Italian techniques. Stop in or call for availability.

Catering Orders & Advance Notice
For all catering inquiries and orders, we kindly request at least 1 day advance notice prior to your event date. This allows our chefs adequate time to hand-select the freshest ingredients and prepare your order to our high quality standards.
For catering orders over 50 guests, we ask 2 days advance notice when possible. For specialty menus, large parties over 100 guests, or custom menu creation, 1 week (7 days) weeks notice is needed.
If you have an urgent catering request with under 24 hours, please contact us immediately to check our availability. We will make every effort to accommodate, provided we can procure all needed ingredients and schedule our catering staff.
