The food was great and fresh. Each bowl came with a tasty piece of bread. We had the carbonara which was garlicky and had a good creamy texture. Normally I am not a fan of homemade pasta as I find it gummy but the spaghetti was made and cooked perfectly. My husband ordered a build your own rigatoni with vodka sauce, chicken, tomatoes and peppers. His sauce and toppings were packed with flavor. It was a great concept for Italian and felt more casual and affordable with handmade pasta than some of the chain offerings. This will become a regular dining option for us.
